Sales & Office Administrator

My client a global market leader in electrical engineering is seeking a Sales & Office Administrator to join their team based in South Dublin

General Duties

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and handle or direct as appropriate
  • Respond to all commercial enquiries
  • General office administration duties, including secretarial support when required.

Customer Service

  • Process all incoming customer orders efficiently and quickly
  • Process purchase orders on all suppliers
  • Expedite orders and handle all supply chain queries from source to delivery
  • Customer acknowledgements and delivery information
  • Freight and organization of efficient delivery system
  • Customer enquiries / sales support enquiries and quotations
  • Field sales staff support – backup, appointments etc,
  • Customer complaints / issues – deal with effectively and appropriately


  • Baan, SAP or Accounts / Admin packages expertise
  • Microsoft Excel / Word etc.
  • Experience in digital media techniques an advantage
  • General IT knowledge helpful
