My client a global market leader in electrical engineering is seeking a Sales & Office Administrator to join their team based in South Dublin
General Duties
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and handle or direct as appropriate
- Respond to all commercial enquiries
- General office administration duties, including secretarial support when required.
Customer Service
- Process all incoming customer orders efficiently and quickly
- Process purchase orders on all suppliers
- Expedite orders and handle all supply chain queries from source to delivery
- Customer acknowledgements and delivery information
- Freight and organization of efficient delivery system
- Customer enquiries / sales support enquiries and quotations
- Field sales staff support – backup, appointments etc,
- Customer complaints / issues – deal with effectively and appropriately
Skills
- Baan, SAP or Accounts / Admin packages expertise
- Microsoft Excel / Word etc.
- Experience in digital media techniques an advantage
- General IT knowledge helpful
